A Fun Night

Last Saturday we walked to the park for the Harvest Moon Hurrah that Spanish Fork does every year. For once, it wasn't raining, so we decided to take the kids. We stood in line to ride the miniature horses for about a half hour, but it was worth it. We also had my friend, Diane, and her foreign exchange student from Taiwan. The kids absolutely adore Michelle and I think she kind of likes them too! She had never ridden a horse before, so we talked her into going. She said she would if she could take Bryn- it was a deal! (I didn't know how I was going to get Bryn to go alone anyway!) After the horses, we went on a hay ride around the block and got to pass some great scenery of our house, Grandma's house, and lots of cars. It was absolutely beautiful! We had to stop and get scones & Bryn's favorite part was the honey butter, which she ate by the finger full- it was really cute! We ended the night by going for dinner at IHOP with Diane and Michelle.
