The Waiting Game

I haven't ever been a patient person, so waiting to hear about 2 offers that we have put on houses is killing me! We have been talking about looking for a house for a few months, so we finally called our realtor in January. We have looked at about 15 houses so far and have found 2 that we liked. They are both pretty good deals, but along with that comes a lot of waiting because one is a short-sale and the other is a foreclosure. You would think the banks would want to sell them quick, but I guess that's not the case. Anyway, we're hoping to find our dream house (or pretty close to it) soon-- for a really good deal!
