About Brynlee

Brynlee is my 17 month old mini-me. Just like when I was little, she has her wonderful sweet side with big brown eyes that will melt your heart. But then there is the fiesty side that rages inside her that easily comes out when she doesn't get her way! Bryn was a mommy's girl, but that quickly changed when Emmy came, now she loves her snuggle and play time with Daddy. She is a little tease and has learned to run away or around things to stay just out of your reach! Since I have been home on maternity leave, Bryn has become my little helper with the diapers. She likes to help wipe Emmy and then when I'm done she is so proud to run the diapers to the garbage for me, but always comes back for a "high 5"!

Bryn has joined the Wiggles fan club and watches them every day. It's fun to watch her recreate the dance steps. If she wants to watch the Wiggles she will bring the remote to us and do a cute little wiggle just to make sure we understand what she wants.

Brynnie isn't talking much yet because she always has the binki in her mouth (and 1 or 2 in her hands). The binki monster will be coming soon, but we decided that we will takle one thing at a time. Right now we are working on getting her to sleep in her crib all night without having to snuggle dad at 1, 3, and 5 in the morning.

Lately, Bryn hasn't played with her toys much because she has been too busy playing in the kitchen and bedroom drawers. She likes to pull out the hot pads and towels and sit in the bottom drawer. One day, we found her in the drawer with a bag of licorice that she had pulled off the counter. Luckily, I had my camera close by and captured it! Since she has enjoyed playing in the drawers she has been lovingly been named "Our Little Tornado"!
