Brandon told me I had to update this post to let everyone know that just because I am a picky eater does not mean that the rest of the family is... So, if you have any good recipes (casseroles included) send them our way! By the way, we cooked every night this week (Green fettucini alfredo, sloppy joe's, and BLT's without the L)!

This week I tried really hard to make dinner every night. I know- not such a big task, but when you work all day it can be a huge mountain to climb! Anyway, I seem to get into a rut with the foods that I cook (tacos, spaghetti, breakfast, over and over), so I am in need of some wonderful easy to cook, quick, recipes. The only problem is that I am probably the pickiest eater ever. I hate casseroles... I hate my food to touch. So, there's my problem- Can anyone out there help me?

I have been trying to think of a receipe that meets all of your "requirements" but am coming up short. Man your pickie! I will keep the search on and let you know what I come up with. I understand about cooking the same things over and over though!!
Jennie, I have lots of good recipes that I've collected from our dinner group. Here are some of our favorites... if any of them appeal to you, let me know and I'll email them to you. Of course, they're all easy! Because of the dinner group I have to cook for 4 families at once and if it were hard... I wouldn't do it!
Manicotti- With Spinach
Japanese Chicken- Tangy chicken served over rice. One of my Favorites!
Shredded Beef Burritos- Easy, easy...I have the best recipe for roast. Put in crock pot at night...cooks all night and day. To die for!
