"The Best Day Ever!"

The best day ever came right after the worst day ever! On Tuesday we decided to take Maddie's training wheels off her bike. (Yes, that's right, Maddie- our soon to be 8 year old.) Tuesday ended with major tears, gnashing of teeth, and wailing...

but on Wednesday night she decided that she wanted to do it! After she rode around the house for a couple hours she came to me with the biggest smile on her face and said "this is the best day ever mom!" Now we can't get her off it... Way to go Maddie!
