Alpine Loop for Conference

 Since my computer crashed I'm a bit behind on my posts, so I'll start by going back to the beginning of fall when we drove the Alpine Loop and listened to the Saturday session of conference. We decided that we don't listen to conference very well when we're at home, so we went on a drive up Provo Canyon and listened to it while on our ride. It worked! We really listened and had a great time. My mom came with us and we decided to make this a yearly tradition. 

 I made Brandon stop along the way whenever I saw something beautiful so that I could take a picture. Pictures just don't do it justice though. We ended up at Cascade Springs, which was really busy. 

 

The kids had fun finding different kinds of leaves to bring home and searched for fish in the crystal clear water. We tried really hard to get a nice family picture, but the harder we tried the more the kids acted out. Finally I gave up! We stopped at the Dairy Keen in Heber and had yummy hamburgers and shakes. The kids thought their soda machines were the best ever! It was such a fun day and I know it will be something I look forward to each Fall!
